Rates and Terms


My fees include all travel and set-up time,
as well as a personal consultation
to design a music program
especially for you!

 


Weddings:

 

My fee is typically $375.00 for a local (greater San Diego)

 

 

 

wedding of up to one hour.

Other Special Events:

 

 

For events other than weddings, my rate typically starts at $225.00 for up to one hour.

 

 

 

Additional time is available at $70.00 per half-hour, $140.00 per hour.

For all events lasting more than one hour,
there will be a 15 – minute break during each subsequent hour–
recorded CD will provide continuous music.

 

 

    

Terms of service

The Artist is an independent contractor and assumes all responsibility for income tax withholding, and carries a certificate of liability insurance.

Weather/playing conditions:

If this is an outdoor engagement and inclement weather conditions occur — muddy ground, rain, high winds, fog — Purchaser must arrange for an alternate indoor site, such as a hotel, restaurant or hotel. If this is not available, I will not be able able to play and keep my harp completely safe. In the event of no performance, your balance will be returned. If at all possible, especially at hotels, a large umbrella would be greatly appreciated.

Payment and Booking Fees:

For weddings and all other special events, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total amount is required to secure the date, along with a contract signed by all parties.

 

Artist will not reserve event date without the
non-refundable 50% booking fee.

The balance in full is due one week before event date.

Additional Charges may be assessed for unusual circumstances not included in the contract, or if any changes are made to the conditions above.

In the event of a sudden emergency or Act of God, the contract will be null and void; a full refund, including the booking fee, will be made.

Overtime rate is $60 per half-hour, $120.00 per hour, payable at the conclusion of the event by either Venmo or cash.
