I\u00a0was surrounded by music at a very early age<\/strong> —
\nI thank my parents who played classical records,
\nand who enrolled me in my first piano lesson at seven.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Classically trained in both piano and violin<\/strong>,
\nI continued these studies at Oberlin College\u00a0in\u00a0Ohio;
\nI also began my own study\u00a0of classical guitar,
\nrenaissance lute,\u00a0baroque recorder,
\nand, of course, the harp.<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0 <\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

When\u00a0I first heard the Celtic harp
\nit was love at first sight and sound. <\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 <\/span><\/h4>\n

The music of the harp\u00a0is simply ethereal and enchanting, transporting us to another world.\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0 <\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

I love sharing my passion for the harp\u00a0with audiences throughout San Diego —
\n<\/strong>from school programs, weddings,\u00a0and\u00a0holiday celebrations,<\/span>
\n to service organizations and arts festivals.<\/span><\/h4>\n
